Experience the unique flavours of Nepal and India - NAMASTE!

Hi FHFies, back again to bring you the delights of a lunchtime treat with colleagues to celebrate a Birthday. Great choice in this place, no, we didn't journey to the Himalayas, but we enjoyed delicious spices and flavours at a restaurant in Soho, Hong Kong, with the same name.




The talented chefs at Himalaya cooked up a blend of unique Nepalese and Indian flavours to entice those taste buds. Despite varying degrees of perception, Traditional Nepalese and Indian food is by nature, healthy and nutritious; certainly the case here, with their emphasis on nutritious vegetables, pulses, grains, spices and herbs.

Feast your eyes on an array of dishes, from Chicken Tikka to Fish Vindaloo, Himalaya Salad, Onion Bhaji, Aloo Gobi (Spiced Cauliflower and it's best friend, the potato) and appetisers such as Spiced Eggplant with mango chutney sauce.






These flavourful dishes can be accompanied by sweet and creamy Mango Lassi, popular with kids and bigger kids alike. Cheers!
