Come and visit Osteria Marzia: In Maritime Odyssey - tantalising your seafood senses

Hi folks! Another visit to this wonderful Italian restaurant, Osteria Marzia, in the heart of Wanchai, Hong Kong, which celebrates the colouful and diverse seafood cuisines from the nation's scenic seaside regions. It did not disappoint 😊

I absolutely love their cookware and serving dishes which beautifully reflects the maritime ambiance and essence of the cuisine

Here we have a most delectable soup of the day (ZUPPA DI STAGIONE) incorporating fresh zucchini, squash and egg whites and a dash of extra virgin, seasoned with a sprinkling of black pepper.

PASTA FRESCA - this was handmade Rigati pasta with Pomodoro e Melanzana (I.e. Rigati with tomatoes and eggplant) with a sprinkling of shaved Parmesan cheese as finishing touch, served in another one of their maritime themed dishes. Loved it.

LINGUINE ALLA VONGOLE - an enticing bowl of linguine pasta, with Hokkaido clams, parsley and chilli (just for that little kick to awaken those taste buds).

O.M.G. last but not least, we finished off this wonderful lunch with their freshly churned gelato. That day it was salted caramel flavour - the best gelato I have ever tasted. So worth going back there for more :)

Stay tuned for more mouthwatering adventures #FHF
