Madame Fu is a beautiful contemporary Chinese restaurant located in the fabulous 1880's colonial building in the Tai Kwun heritage compound. Spanning across the entire 3rd floor of the old police headquarters. This was our first time experiencing the peaceful ambiance and exquisite cuisine and being whisked back to a bygone era, just for a couple of hours. Who was Madame Fu? We were treated to the delectable "Menu Dégustation" which did not disappoint, starting with our first mouthful. Take a look:
