Culinary treats at "Open Kitchen" - You'll definitely be back for more!

 Pay a visit to one of the best eateries in Hong Kong, yes, Open Kitchen, but be sure to book for lunch during the week, as they are super busy between 12 noon and 2pm and for good reason; excellent food, helpful and friendly staff and fabulous choice of European and Asian dishes. Simply delightful!

Crispy apple salad with asparagus and peas - a fabulous start to a great set lunch

Homemade fettuccine pasta with mushrooms in a decadent white truffle cream sauce, topped with a tasty slither of parmesan cheese (an absolute treat) 😋

The salad counter as you come in, is my absolute favourite, if you want to just grab and go OR eat in the casual dining section - pesto pasta salad; roasted pumpkin salad; broccoli, almond and garlic salad; roasted sweet corn; mixed tomato salad and more..simply life, simply delicious (photo, courtesy of Open Rice Hong Kong)
