A Simple Dish but so Delish!
Two poached eggs, just the way I like them, the gorgeous sunshine yolk in the middle starting to thicken but still oozes out over the lightly toasted multi-grain toast. I like to sprinkle on some salt and cracked black pepper before digging in! Traditionally eaten for breakfast to set you up for the day ahead, but also enjoyable as a light supper. Mum, you're simply the best..
