Taste some Indian Delights at the best (and only) Indian Restaurant in Sham Tseng!
How lucky am I! Literally just across the road from Bellagio is our one and only Indian restaurant in Sham Tseng. It just so happens to be really good and worth a visit however near or far you are :)
I know for a fact, that Indian Hot Pot Curry Restaurant is a firm favourite with a few of my friends and family; great menu, with a varying range of well known dishes, great for all foodies, vegetarian or non-vegetarian.
On a most recent visit, a friend and I enjoyed the following tasty delights:
Tender and beautifully seasoned Garlic Chicken Tikka on a bed of crispy lettuce and onions with a fresh wedge of lemon - absolutely pukka!
This is my friend's all time favourite Handi Brisket, chunks of tasty beef brisket with minced beef cooked together with those ever familiar spices and red onions
I love indian breads, in particular garlic naan, which go so well with these dishes, especially to soak up all those gorgeous sauces, spices and herbs
We both love eggplant and this dish was just as satisfying as it always is; fillets of fish seasoned with indian spices, cooked with eggplant, tomatoes, onions and green peppers, then garnished with lightly sauteed red onions.
