Hola! Let's go down to Gigi's Beach (Espana)

Hola! Last week, I was in Spain (my first time to Spain) for team-building with my amazing colleagues from Atrium HR Consulting. After the first day of team-building, chilling out by the pool and freshening up, we all went down to Gigi's Beach, Sotogrande, for team dinner.

We were rewarded by a fantastic Spanish meal as illustrated here, muy delicioso:

Gambas Pil Pil is a famous tapas of prawns served in a hot, sizzling sauce of garlic, chilli & olive oil, in it's individual terracotta pot, particularly popular in the Malaga areas of Spain. Probably not for those afraid of putting on the pounds or those who don't like garlic ha ha.

Pulpo Gallego - beautifully grilled Octopus with a light green salad

A beautifully grilled juicy Solomillo (Sirloin Steak) with lightly salted chips and a fresh green salad in vinaigrette dressing

Gazpacho is a summer soup which is a real Andalusian delicacy - my first experience at it's best.

Carabinero Red King Prawns, cooked with garlic and accompanied by a fresh slice of lemon - very tasty!
